On August 17, the Liaoning Provincial Department of Science and Technology announced the proposed projects for the 2023 Liaoning Provincial International Science and Technology Cooperation Plan. Our school and the Belarusian National Technical University jointly researched the project "Facing the heavy-duty equipment repair and remanufacturing 'shape-property' regulation technology under harsh service environment" to be supported by the proposed project. This time, a total of 14 colleges and universities in our province undertake the international scientific and technological cooperation plan. As the only approved private university, our school undertakes this project for the first time.
The 2023 Liaoning Provincial International Science and Technology Cooperation Plan aims to implement the requirements of "Expanding International Scientific and Technological Exchanges and Cooperation" in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the "Implementation Opinions on Further Improving the Level of Opening-up in the Three-Year Action of Liaoning's Comprehensive Revitalization and New Breakthrough", fully make use of global scientific and technological innovation resources to promote the "bringing in" and "going out" of science and technology.
For a long time, our school has been actively docking overseas high-quality resources, attaching great importance to expanding international cooperation and exchanges with countries along the "Belt and Road", relying on the advantages of disciplines, establishing an international cooperation joint laboratory combining production, learning, research and application, attracting experts and scholars from all over the world to carry out research and academic exchanges , started the construction of the "China-Belarus Machinery Parts Hardening, Repair and Protection Innovation Center" and the "China-Belarus Machinery Design, Manufacturing and Automation 2+2" joint training project. A long-term cooperation mechanism has been established, and international cooperation and exchanges have achieved fruitful results.
The construction of the project will be based in Shenfu, focusing on the needs of Liaoning's industrial development, anchoring the goal of industrialization application, continuing to deepen exchanges and cooperation, guided by the implementation of the three-year action of comprehensive revitalization and new breakthroughs, and making every effort to make more efforts in scientific research, education, and teaching, etc. Great responsibility and action to achieve new breakthroughs.
