The meeting emphasized that we should adhere to and strengthen the overall leadership of the Party, conscientiously implement the "list of key tasks and Division of Responsibilities for Party Construction in private schools in Liaoning Province", closely follow 10 key tasks and 31 specific measures, find their own position, play a key role, and run the Party construction through the whole process of school running and teaching. We should give full play to the political functions of Party committees, take "two-way access and cross-service" as the starting point, improve the system for Party committees to participate in decision-making and supervision, and ensure that they play an effective role in all aspects of decision-making, supervision, and implementation of major issues. We will strictly develop and educate and manage Party members and give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of party members. We strengthened the building of primary Party organizations, thoroughly implemented the Regulations on the Work of CPC Branches, and constantly improved the organizational strength of Party branches.
Keep an eye on the situation of epidemic prevention and control, take effective measures in a timely and accurate manner, and do a solid job in campus epidemic prevention and control.
