On April 29th, the launching ceremony of the "100-day Recruitment 56789 Live Streaming and Posts" was held in Beijing. Principal Li Kangju, as one of the representatives of 13 colleges and universities across the country, was invited to give a speech on the typical experience of the integration of production and education online, titled "S.I.T Exploration of Deepening the Integration of Production and Education through Model and Mechanism Innovation". In his speech, Li Kangju introduced the general situation of Shenyang Institute of technology and the basic situation of school enterprise cooperation and joint training of talents, and pointed out that the training of applied talents must be supported by industry enterprises. He elaborated on innovating the training mode of applied talents through school enterprise cooperation, focusing on the experience and practice of building the "five in one" cooperation mode and the "six Communist" cooperation mechanism, and building three provincial industrial colleges and nine school level industrial colleges. He suggested establishing an accommodation mechanism for cooperation among government, schools and enterprises in-depth, giving full play to the role of think tanks and other institutions, and setting up special funds to fully support the construction of industrial colleges and demonstration practice bases.
Li Kangju issued an invitation to the entrepreneurs at the meeting to welcome more "specialized and special new" enterprises to establish long-term cooperative relations with Shenyang Institute of technology, jointly cultivate talents and provide job opportunities for more excellent graduates.
